Ham Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. diced, cooked carrots
    1 1/2 c. cooked, diced ham
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except buttered bread crumbs; place in casserole.
    Sprinkle top with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
    Yield: 6 servings.
