Homemade Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat, brown and drain
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. cayenne or red pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 medium onions, chopped
    garlic to taste
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 (8 oz.) cans water
    1 Tbsp. mesa flour
Preparation
    Simmer all ingredients except flour 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
    Add mesa flour 30 minutes before serving.
