Vegetable Medley Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Green Giant frozen cream-style corn, thawed
    1 1/4 c. uncooked instant rice
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Green Giant frozen cut broccoli with cheese flavored sauce
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease an 8-inch (2-quart) square baking dish or 9-inch square pan.
    In a large bowl, beat eggs until well blended.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into a greased pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes or until center is almost set.
    Makes 6 servings at 1 cup per serving.
