Supper-In-A-Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 lb. shell or elbow macaroni, cooked, blanched and drained
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped celery
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 c. shredded pasteurized cheese
Preparation
    Cook beef in oil until gray in color.
    Add onion and celery and cook until onion is soft.
    Add catsup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, mustard and oregano; mix well.
    Stir in macaroni and cover.
    Simmer to blend flavors, about 25 minutes.
    Just before serving, fold in cheese.
    Serve hot in the skillet.
