Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    5 large eggs
    1 1/4 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Sprinkle cheese into pie shell.
    Beat eggs.
    Mix with half and half and seasonings.
    Pour over cheese.
    Sprinkle crab meat over pie.
    Bake 35 minutes at 375\u00b0 until firm and knife, when inserted in center, comes out clean.
