Rice Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 1/2 c. tomato juice or 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce plus 1 can water
Preparation
    Combine
    Minute
    rice
    (right
    from the box) with beef, egg, onion,
    seasoned
    salt
    and 1/2 cup of tomato juice.
    Mix and shape
    into
    balls and place in skillet.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon of seasoned
    salt to juice and pour over meat balls.
    Bring to a boil,
    reduce
    heat and simmer, covered, 15 minutes, basting occasionally.
