Swedish Ham Balls In Brown Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground ham
    1 1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. bread crumbs
    2 well beaten eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine meats and the next 3 ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly. Form into small balls.
    Place in baking pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Stir until sugar dissolves.
    Pour over meat balls. Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, basting frequently.
    Makes 16 balls or more depending on how large one makes each ball.
