Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. turkey, cooked and diced
1/2 c. onions, thinly sliced
1/4 c. flour
1 c. light cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 c. mushrooms, canned and sliced
1/4 c. butter or oleo
1 c. chicken broth (may be canned)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
3/4 c. aged Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Lightly brown mushrooms and onions in butter.
Stir in flour and cook until bubbly.
Stir in broth and cream.
Add in salt, pepper and poultry seasoning to taste.
Cook, stirring frequently until mixture boils.
