Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. pecan halves
    1 egg white
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix both sugars, spice and salt in a large bowl.
    Beat egg white and water in another bowl until mixture is frothy.
    Add pecan halves to egg white mixture and stir until pecans are coated.
    Pour into sugar-spice mixture and stir until coated. Spread on greased cookie sheet and bake at 250\u00b0 until dry.
    Stir every ten minutes.
