Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    green onion, chopped
    bacon bits
Preparation
    Bake potatoes. Slice lengthwise and scoop out all the pulp. Mix the pulp with cheese, mayonnaise, milk and egg; beat until smooth. Fill potato skins with mixture and top with chopped green onions, bacon bits and additional shredded cheese. Bake until hot and cheese melts.
