Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 lb. block Velveeta
    small can chili peppers
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 to 1 tsp. garlic
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    nacho chips
Preparation
    Brown sausage and ground beef together.
    Pour into a crock-pot.
    Cut Velveeta into cubes and also put into crock-pot. Drain chili peppers and tomatoes; add these and remaining ingredients to the meat and cheese.
    Heat on medium heat for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Serve with nacho chips.
