For Goodness Sakes Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. (8 oz.) cottage cheese
1 c. chopped nuts
1 Tbsp. horseradish sauce
Preparation

In a large bowl dissolve the gelatines in hot water.
Cool slightly.
Stir in the milk, pineapple with juice, mayo, cottage cheese, nuts and horseradish sauce.
Mix well.
Chill until partially set.
Pour into an oiled 8 ounce mold.
Chill for 6 hours or overnight.
Unmold.
Makes 12 to 16 servings.
