Shoyu Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. cut up chicken (boneless)
    1 c. soy sauce
    1 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    3 cloves garlic
    2 tsp. ginger powder
Preparation
    Pound the meat flat.
    Marinate for up to 4 hours for 5 pounds of chicken.
    Grill.
