Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick butter or oleo
Preparation
    Peel the potatoes; cut in strips about 1 inch thick.
    Place in a 3 quart baking dish.
    Mix sugar and flour well.
    Sprinkle over potatoes.
    Top with butter or oleo.
    Cover casserole and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Stir once about halfway through baking.
