Rigatoni With Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, cut into 1-inch chunks
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (13 3/4 or 14 1/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    16 oz. rigatoni, cooked and drained
Preparation
    In a large skillet, heat oil.
    Add chicken, garlic and pepper. Saute 4 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned.
    In small bowl, stir broth, cornstarch and salt; add to skillet.
    Stir in broccoli.
    Bring to boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute. Reduce heat to low; cook 4 minutes longer or until heated through. Toss with rigatoni.
    Makes 8 servings.
