Mike'S Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 to 4 strips bacon
1/4 c. celery tips
2 c. boiling water
2 c. hot milk
1 Tbsp. butter
3 potatoes, sliced or cubed
1/2 onion, chopped
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. flour

Preparation

Cook bacon in a soup pan.
When crisp, remove bacon.
Drain and set aside.
