Shrimp Louisiana - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. peeled shrimp
4 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. minced onion
4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
4 Tbsp. tomato catsup
Preparation

Cook onions in butter until soft.
Add shrimp, which has been cleaned and broken into pieces.
Cook until brown.
Stir in flour, salt and chili powder.
Gradually add the milk.
Cook 5 minutes. Add catsup and parsley.
Steam about 5 minutes.
Serve over hot rice.
