Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. milk
    4 c. medium sliced potatoes
    2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Place butter in a 3-quart microwave-safe casserole.
    Melt in microwave on High.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir in milk. Cook on High for 10 minutes, stirring at 4-3-3 minute intervals. Add potatoes and cook on High for 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.
    Stir in Velveeta cheese cubes and melt on High for 3 minutes.
    Stir gently.
    Serves 6.
