Baked Orzo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small or 3 large onions, sliced
    3 to 4 large green peppers, chopped
    2 to 3 packets George Washington seasoning powder
    1 can French fried onion rings
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 pkg. orzo
Preparation
    Saute onions and green peppers in the stick of butter.
    Cook the orzo al dente.
    Rinse orzo in cold water after cooking; place in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle seasoning powder over sauteed onions and peppers; gently stir in all but a few of the onion rings.
    Add this mixture to the orzo in the casserole dish; place remaining onion rings on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot clear through.
    May be frozen before baking.
