Ingredients

1/2 c. rice
2 c. water
dash of salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Put rice, salt and butter in water.
Cook until tender, approximately 15
to
20
minutes.
Add
eggs, milk and sugar. Let come to a boil.
Add raisins.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
