Green Beans With Zucchini And Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. green beans
    4 slices bacon
    2 Tbsp. or more (if needed) margarine
    1 small onion, minced
    2 medium zucchini, sliced 1/4 inch thick
Preparation
    Cook green beans until tender-crisp.
    Cook bacon until crisp, drain and crumble.
    In a skillet melt margarine; add onion.
    Cook about 3 minutes.
    Add zucchini, stirring quickly and frequently until just tender-crisp, no more than 4 minutes.
    Stir in crumbled bacon, green beans, salt and pepper and continue to cook about one minute longer, until beans are hot.
    Makes 6 servings.
