Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef or chuck
    1 large green pepper
    1 large onion
    2 whole eggs
    1 small can tomato paste
    3 to 4 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 small can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Chop pepper and onion fine; add to ground beef.
    Add eggs, tomato paste, flour, salt and pepper.
    Mix all together and form into loaf.
    Pour tomato sauce over top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour.
