Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. chopped red or green bell pepper
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into greased 1-quart casserole dish.
    Cover and bake in oven preheated at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and sauce is bubbly.
    Remove from oven and garnish as desired.
