Stuffed Cocktail Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. cherry tomatoes
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, finely grated
    1/4 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
    Wash tomatoes.
    Cut off tops and gently squeeze out seeds. Place on paper towels, top side down to dry.
    Mix cheese with sour cream and sherry in blender.
    With teaspoon, fill tomatoes with mixture.
    Chill for 1 hour before serving.
