Turkey Chili(Low Fat-Low Calorie - Complete Meal In A Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    chili powder to taste
    1 can light kidney beans, drained
    1 can stewed tomatoes (no salt)
    1 c. V-8 (low sodium) or 1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Saute turkey with onion and pepper.
    Low heat is best.
    Cook until onion is clear.
    Season with chili powder.
    Add either V-8 or soup, depending if you like thin or thick consistency.
