Mickey'S Polish Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. smoked Polish sausage
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    1 bottle chile sauce (about 12 oz.)
    1 bottle chutney (about 7 or 8 oz.)
    1 c. red wine
Preparation
    Cut Polish sausage into 1-inch pieces.
    Layer sausage and onion in a roasting pan (or any large pan that has a cover that is ovenproof).
    Sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Pour chutney and chile sauce over sausage and onions.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover and add the red wine.
    Bake for 15 minutes more.
    Serve warm.
    (For parties, I put the sausages in a crock pot to keep them warm and serve them from the crock-pot.)
