Holiday Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (18 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    2 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Soften cheese. Stir in pineapple, 1 cup chopped pecans, green pepper, onion and seasoned salt. Chill. Form into ball and roll in remaining chopped pecans. Makes 1 large or 2 small balls. Freezes well.
