Catfish Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 skinned, pan-dressed catfish
    1 c. bread crumbs
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan
    1/4 c. parsley (fresh or dried)
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. basil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag.
    Salt and pepper fish.
    Rub fish with a little margarine and roll in dry ingredients mixture.
    Bake fish in pan with rack at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
    Before putting fish on rack spray with Pam to prevent sticking.
