Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 potatoes
1/2 small onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
sliced cheese
8 pats butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Slice potatoes and make onions into rings.
Boil potatoes and onion for 1 minute.
Put a layer of onions and potatoes in casserole dish.
Cover with sliced cheese, pats of butter, salt, pepper and half of mushroom soup, slightly diluted with milk.
Put other layer of onion and potatoes and repeat other ingredients. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
