    1 pork roast
    1 c. barbecue sauce
    cooking oil
    1 bag sauerkraut (drained)
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 bay leaf
    3 cloves garlic (crushed)
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    1 chicken bouillon cube (dissolved)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cover tightly with lid or foil.
    Cook 350\u00b0 until meat is cooked.
