Daddy'S Apricot Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 cans apricots, peeled and pitted
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 large can Carnation milk
    1 pt. half and half
    regular milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a blender, mix sugar, apricots (including juice) and lemon juice.
    Blend (if you want pieces of apricots, save some out and cut with a knife).
    Put this mixture in the container for a one-gallon home freezer.
    Ice it down and run (or crank) the freezer until it is well chilled.
    Open container and add half and half, Carnation milk and vanilla.
    Finish filling the container to the line with regular milk.
    Freeze as you would any homemade ice cream.
