Unbelievable Pumpkin Pie(Dietetic) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 eggs
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
9 packets Sweet One sweetener
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray a 9-inch deep pie plate (I use a 9-inch round cake plate) with nonstick spray.
Beat all ingredients until smooth (1 minute in blender on high or 2 minutes with hand mixer).
Pour into pie plate and bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Yield: 8 servings.
