Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium baked potatoes
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Cut potatoes in half.
Carefully scoop cooked potato out of shell and into mixing bowl.
Add butter, milk and salt to taste; mash until lump-free.
Fill potato shells.
Top with cheese and place in a 350\u00b0 oven until cheese melts.
