Fat-Free Pumpkin Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pumpkin, cooked
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Mix together the pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla pudding and milk until smooth.
    Add container of Cool Whip.
    Pour in a graham cracker crust.
    Freeze 4 hours.
    Yield: 8 servings.
