Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. cream cheese
    4 oz. Blue cheese
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. finely ground toasted almonds
Preparation
    Use your hands to mix the cheese and parsley flakes thoroughly.
    Roll into 1/2-inch balls.
    Roll each cheese ball in the ground nuts.
    Refrigerate until 1/2 hour before serving time. Serve at room temperature with crackers.
