Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 qt. popped corn
    1 c. butter
    2 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 can honey roasted peanuts (optional)
Preparation
    In large roasting pan, keep popcorn warm.
    Melt butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt in pot and let boil until hard ball stage.
    Remove from heat and stir in baking soda and peanuts. Drizzle syrup over corn and stir.
    Bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
