Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1/4 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
8 marshmallows
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Mash sweet potatoes.
Add butter, sugar, milk, salt, and lemon rind.
Form into 8 balls, using marshmallow as center of each.
Roll in corn flakes and bake in buttered baking dish at 425 degrees until brown and marshmallow begins to ooze.
