Creole Black-Eyed Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans black-eyed peas
1 large can black-eyed peas with jalapeno
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chiles
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen okra, cut
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped bell pepper
Preparation

Combine black-eyed peas, tomatoes and okra.
Saute onions, celery and green pepper in margarine.
Combine with black-eyed pea mixture in a crock-pot.
Simmer on low, 6 to 8 hours.
