Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
4 c. apples, sliced thin
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cooking oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven. Good alone or with caramel frosting.
