Mini Reubens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. party pumpernickel bread
1 (8 oz.) container Thousand Island dressing
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 lb. Swiss cheese
1 lb. corned beef, sliced thin (from deli)
Preparation

Arrange pumpernickel bread slices on cookie sheet.
Top each piece of bread with 1/2 teaspoon of Thousand Island dressing. Next, put about 1 teaspoon of sauerkraut on each slice of bread and top with small amounts of corned beef and Swiss cheese.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is melted.
Makes about 5 dozen.
