Cheese Daisies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter or oleo
    1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream shortening and cheese together.
    Sift pepper and salt with flour, then add.
    Chill for 1/2 hour before rolling out.
    Cut with small biscuit cutter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 12 minutes. Yields 24.
