Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 Tbsp. flour
    juice of 2 lemons
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    2 1/2 Tbsp. oleo
    1/4 c. milk
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix ingredients for filling in order given.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until set.
