Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 medium zucchini, sliced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 can evaporated milk
    4 eggs, beaten well
    1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 stack saltines, coarsely crushed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    ingredients
    together
    in
    a large pan.
    (Mix until well
    coated.) Place in a 9 x 12-inch cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done and a little brown on top.
