Barbecued Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 lb. brisket
    2 to 4 oz. Worcestershire sauce
    2 to 4 oz. liquid smoke
    celery salt
    onion salt
    garlic salt
    catsup
Preparation
    Sprinkle brisket with salts and marinate in liquid smoke and Worcestershire overnight.
    The next morning, wrap tightly in foil and bake at 300\u00b0 for 6 to 8 hours.
    Remove from oven and cool. Drain off liquid and save.
    Place in refrigerator or until well chilled.
    Slice 1/4-inch thick across the grain and place in baking dishes.
    Remove fat from liquid.
    Heat liquid and stir in catsup to taste.
    Pour liquid over sliced brisket (may be frozen at this point for later use).
    Bake at 275\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 for 2 hours. Serve.
