Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sliced pineapple
    1 stick whipped oleo
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar (dark)
    1 box Duncan Hines pineapple cake mix
    maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Mix cake according to directions on box, using juice from pineapple as part of water.
    Melt butter and spread evenly in pan (iron skillet is best).
    Sprinkle sugar evenly over oleo.
    Arrange pineapple and cherries as desired.
    Pour cake mixture over this. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
