Barbecued Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 egg whites
1/4 c. skim milk
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato puree
3/4 c. brown sugar
4 to 5 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients; shape into patties.
Brown on all sides in very small amount of oil.
Mix next 4 ingredients.
Pour over meatballs and simmer 15 minutes, turning to glaze.
