Apricot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lemon supreme cake mix
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. apricot nectar
1/2 c. Wesson oil
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Use a tube cake pan.
With solid shortening, grease pan.
Then lightly flour the pan.
Pour mixture into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 40 minutes or until cake leaves side on pan.
Be careful not to overbake this cake and dry it out.
Use toothpick test after 35 minutes.
