Vanilla Hazelnut Biscotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 c. hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
    1 egg white, lightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0; lightly butter and flour large baking sheet.
    In medium bowl, beat eggs with a fork until foamy.
    Add vanilla.
    Slowly add sugar and salt, mixing with a fork until blended.
    Set aside.
