Caramel Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. brown sugar
    1 c. cream
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar and cream.
    Boil until comes to soft ball when tested in cold water.
    Take from fire and add 1 tablespoon of butter and beat until cool.
    Pour in buttered pan.
    When hard enough, cut in pieces.
