Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery or mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk or 1 small can evaporated milk
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    4 c. sliced raw potatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Top with pats of butter.
    Sprinkle grated cheese and pimentos.
    Bake for 90 minutes at 325\u00b0.
